As a courtesy, please be reminded that for all funeral wakes, bookings must be made in person before initiation of any proceedings. This is to prevent occupation of the public space which other residents might have booked beforehand.

Open Space/Land ("RS" - Reserved Site under HDB's management)

All applications for use of "RS", applicant needs to get permit from HDB(HQ), Lands Management Unit.
If applicant needs to use power & water point at void deck, issue permit for use of void deck & rental of void deck will be charged.

Parking Lots

All functions, refer applicants to Branch Office to apply for permit for use of parking lots.
If applicants need to use power & water point at void deck, issue permit for use of void deck & rental of void deck will be charged.

Cash Card for Wash Bays at Blk 279, 295 & 261 Only

A refundable deposit of $20.00 is chargeable for use of water at void decks of Blks 279,295 & 261 only to operate the water point using cash card. All charges for water at void deck are still applicable.

Usage of Water/Electricity by Contractor(for building works etc.)

If you wish to organize any social or religious activities, our void decks and open spaces or Communal Halls are readily available just for you. You may visit our friendly counter staffs to make your bookings.

We would also like to advise residents who are holding events at any of the common areas or open spaces to be considerate by containing their noise level. This is to prevent any inconvenience caused to other residents so as to create a comfortable environment for everyone. We thank you in advance for your co-operation.
